Hold a spot

Team name, division, and a coach contact. Optional roster if you have it.

Pay later

$150 per team and $20 per player. We’ll invoice. Nothing is charged on this page.

Roster later

Final names and shirt sizes before the event. You can add players on the hold form if you’re ready.
